Sharpe Enterprises, LLC, is a family owned State of Nevada Corporation with foreign entity Corporate status in states throughout the West. Formed by Tom and Randy Sharpe, we focus on:

Undeveloped Land Acquisition --  for the purposes of upscale rural residential community development, vacation resort and commercial development. We are continually looking for good properties to acquire outright, or partner with current owners for development purposes.

Construction – for the purposes of enhancing both single family residential and community sensitive commercial development, through Company engineer and design supervision coupled with a variety of local community builder partners.

Sharpe Enterprises, LLC operations are guided by the following general goals:

1. Locate and acquire land and property with a view toward site development in accordance with larger community and surrounding geographic needs and interests.
2. Develop acquired properties to maximize property value, and quality of community lifestyle and aesthetic.
3. Develop optimal ongoing revenue streams from commercially developed properties held for longer periods.
4. Positively impact on the quality and value of the surrounding community through community sensitive development activity.
