The subdivision development includes the following features:

  • Main entrance Direct to State Highway 21.
  • New two lane bridge with pedestrian walkways crossing Mores Creek
  • Subdivision perimeter surrounded by National and State Forest Service lands, with installed access roads to connect to forest entrances.
  • 24’ wide gravel roads built to county specifications.
