Elk Run Additional Amenities/Features:
The subdivision development includes the following features:
- Main entrance Direct to State Highway 21.
- New two lane bridge with pedestrian walkways crossing Mores Creek
- Subdivision perimeter surrounded by National and State Forest Service lands, with installed access roads to connect to forest entrances.
- 24’ wide gravel roads built to county specifications.
- Individual well and septic systems approved by County (installation at owners expense), with wells installed on select lots (refer to Lot Pricing spec. sheet).
- Underground electric junctions and phone connections at each lot.
- All electrical lines and phone utilities run underground to each lot.
- Incorporated nonprofit Home Owners Association (HOA) and accompanying CC&R’s to provide subdivision management.
- Architectural review committee (ARC) to provide support for all community construction.
- HOA fees (estimated to be $800 per year) to support all HOA related subdivision maintenance and upkeep expenses (ie: roads, common elements, etc.).
