Mission Statement

To provide quality land improvement services to the benefit of the individual homeowner, the surrounding community, and the larger local economy in which all reside. 

We commit to our mission with each project by hiring and partnering with all local contractors, by incorporating the recommended development directions of the local community, and by dedicating a portion of each project’s revenue streams to the local community infrastructure.   

Background and Objectives

Sharpe Enterprises, LLC, was formed by a small group of interested parties with a varied set of backgrounds and experiences in residential and commercial real estate, business and community economics, marketing and sales, and engineering. As a function of individual experiences in the areas of residential homesite investing, property management, and small business development; Sharpe Enterprises was formed to expand into larger property and undeveloped land parcel acquisition for the purpose of subdivision and commercial project development. Current focus of the LLC is to acquire such properties, undeveloped land zoned for residential or commercial development in particular, with the express purpose of developing appropriate building and construction projects with the particular needs and interests of a targeted community in mind. Communities are targeted as a function of careful evaluation of current and future real estate valuation trends and related community growth demands – all with a focus on enhancing the quality and aesthetic of local community living. 

Goals

Sharpe Enterprises, LLC operations are guided by the following general goals:

  1. Locate and acquire land and property with a view toward site development in accordance with larger community and surrounding geographic needs and interests.
  2. Develop acquired properties to maximize property value, and quality of community lifestyle and aesthetic.
  3. Develop optimal ongoing revenue streams from commercially developed properties held for longer periods.
  4. Positively impact on the quality and value of the surrounding community through community sensitive development activity.

Tom provides a depth and breadth of business and economics training and experience, particularly focused on organizational business management and real estate acquisition. He currently oversees a variety of personal investment properties with a net worth well over one million dollars, and has demonstrated success in tying the psychology of property acquisition to community valuation trends. His commitment is to ensuring the value-based success of Sharpe Enterprises, and the economic and quality of life success of property owners and investors connected with Sharpe Enterprises projects.

Randy provides an extensive education, background, and set of experiences in applied engineering, particularly focused in areas of survey and consultation work relative to quality control construction issues. He has successfully acted as the liaison between commercial endeavors and government agencies to bring projects which required extensive regulatory over site to satisfactory completion. Randy also currently oversees a variety of investment properties with a net worth well over one million dollars, and has demonstrated effectiveness in property and structural evaluation from a valuation perspective. His commitment is to ensuring the integrity of Sharpe Enterprises project activity relative to ensuring quality control from project conceptualization and implementation, to project completion and ongoing follow-up.

Susan provides extensive background and expertise in service organization skills.  She is an active partner with her husband, Tom, in their investment management and acquisition activities.  Susan is committed to providing upscale, rural homesite opportunities through the successful and ongoing development activities of Sharpe Enterprises, LLC.
